Shipping policy

As our pieces are made by hand at the time of your order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping (though we will try to get your order out sooner than that.)

Please note, custom orders/pieces will not be shipped until the invoice is paid. This invoice is emailed to the customer once the design is approved.
